1 When we provide products and/or services, we may collect and store the following information related to you. If you do not provide relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user or use and enjoy some of the products and services we provide, or you may not be able to achieve the intended effects of the relevant products and/or services.

1.1.1 To use any Mathplore product and/or service, you must become a formal member of Mathplore. When you register a Mathplore account or use a Mathplore product and/or service, you need to provide us with your personal information, such as your name and mobile phone number, as well as other necessary information we require. We will verify your identity information according to legal requirements. We will store this data in encrypted form on secure servers.
1.1.2 In order to provide you with perfect products and/or exclusive services, Mathplore may ask you to provide personal information such as your or your student's name, email address, actual address, WeChat account, gender, language, age, etc. Mathplore needs this data to quickly and conveniently provide you with relevant products and/or services and continuously optimize the content of these products and/or services to better meet your needs.
1.1.3 With your prior consent, Mathplore may request you to provide personal resume data of yourself or the students (such as occupation, education, student age and gender, etc.) in order to enhance the effectiveness of Mathplore's products, services, advertising, and marketing. Mathplore may use such personal resume data to create overall reports about user groups, and these personal resume data and overall reports are anonymous and will not contain any content that can identify you or the students.
1.1.4 When purchasing any product and/or service, if you choose to pay by credit card or bank card, you need to provide your credit card or bank card information to us in order to purchase the product and/or service you want. During your payment process, Mathplore will not provide any personal information regarding your credit card or bank card to third parties. If you are redirected to a third-party payment page during your payment, the third party will directly collect your payment information. 1.1.5 In addition to the above information, Mathplore may also collect other information from you that is necessary to provide the product and/or service and improve its quality, as well as relevant information provided by you when communicating with Mathplore and its affiliated personnel.
1.1.6 When you participate in Mathplore's marketing activities, we may collect your name, mailing address, contact information, WeChat account, and other information as required by the activity.
1.2 When you use Mathplore's products and/or services, we may collect the following information:

1.2.3 Information recorded by our system while you use our products and/or services, such as course recordings, homework recordings, etc., in order to provide you with better products and/or exclusive services for teaching.
1.2.4 Your phone number provided while using our products and/or services for more convenient login.
1.2.5 In order to track advertising effectiveness, we may collect advertising source information through third-party SDKs such as com.appsflyer (Appsflyer) and com.google.android.gms.ads (AdMob) when you use our products.
1.3 We integrate third-party SDKs into Mathplore's mobile applications to provide better services.
1.3.1 We may collect advertising source information through third-party SDKs such as com.google.android.gms.ads (AdMob) in order to bettermatch services to users.
1.3.2 We may use third-party SDKs such as com.huawei.hms and com.huawei.agconnect to implement push notifications and timely notify users ofactivities.
2 How we store your information
We collect and generate personal information within the People's Republic of China and generally store it within China, except in the following circumstances:
a) Where there are clear provisions in laws and regulations.
b) With your explicit authorization.

For example, information collected when you use one of our products or services may be used in another product or service to provide you with specific content or to show you information that is related to you and not universally pushed. If we provide the corresponding option in the relevant products and/or services, you can also authorize us to use the information collected and stored in that product and/or service for our other products and/or services.

5.1 You can log in to your Mathplore account at any time to view or modify your account settings and information. If you wish to change, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you in our system, you can simply log in to your Mathplore account and make the changes under "Account Information," or contact our customer service to make the changes. We will make every effort to provide you with appropriate technical means to access, update, and correct your registration information or other personal information provided when using our products and/or services. When accessing, updating, correcting, or deleting the aforementioned information, we may require you to verify your identity to ensure the security of your account.
5.2 You may also contact our customer service by phone to request that your Mathplore account be cancelled. If you find that we violate laws and regulations or the provisions of this policy regarding the collection and use of your personal information, you can contact our customer service and request that we delete the relevant personal information. We will take measures to delete or anonymize or de-identify the relevant personal information. After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing products or services to you, delete your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, or anonymize or de-identify it.
5.3 During your use of our products and/or services, we will make every effort to ensure that you can smoothly access the information in your account. If there is an error in this account information, we will provide various ways for you to quickly update or delete the account information (unless we must retain this information for legitimate business or legal reasons).

6.3 In order to provide better customer service and user experience, we may share your personal information with the aforementioned third parties. We will only provide your personal information for legitimate, lawful, and necessary purposes and only the personal information necessary for the relevant products and/or services. We will make every effort to ensure that such third parties use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures we require them to comply with. We will explicitly require such third parties to use the shared personal information for specific purposes related to Mathplore products and/or services. 7 Information Security

7.2 In order to safeguard your information security, Mathplore will take reasonable and necessary measures to protect your information based on the existing technology level. We will adopt physical, technical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration, including but not limited to data encryption at the transmission layer, firewall and encrypted storage, physical access control, and information access authorization control. Therefore, we have established security procedures to protect your information from being stolen by unauthorized access. Please understand that due to various malicious means that cannot be predicted or defended against by existing technologies, even if Mathplore makes every effort to adopt the above measures, your information may still be leaked, damaged, or lost.
7.3 Before credit card or bank card data is transmitted to Mathplore over the network, this data is encrypted by Mathplore's secure server. When logging in, Mathplore also insists on using password authentication to prevent unauthorized access to your personal profile and learning records.
7.4 Please keep your Mathplore account and password safe when using Mathplore products and/or services. We will use your account and password to identify you. If you disclose your Mathplore account and password, you may lose your information and may incur unfavorable legal consequences. If you find that your Mathplore account and password have been or may be leaked for any reason, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can take appropriate measures. However, we are not responsible for this before we are aware of this situation and take action within a reasonable time.
7.5 In the event of a personal information security incident, we will inform you in accordance with legal requirements: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, and suggestions for your independent prevention and risk reduction and your remedial measures. We will inform you of the event-related information through email, letter, telephone, push notification, etc. If it is difficult to inform each individual information subject one by one, we will adopt reasonable and effective methods to make a public announcement.
